  1. Introduction Welcome to WekezaWHI App, a mobile application operated by WATUMISHI HOUSING INVESTMENTS (WHI). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and services provided through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Eligibility To use our App, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

  3. Account Registration You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

  4. Services Provided The App provides users with access to FAIDA Collective Investment Scheme (FAIDA FUND) and related services.

  5. Fees and Charges We may charge fees for certain services provided through the App.

  6. User Conduct You agree not to engage in prohibited activities:
    • Violating any laws or regulations.
    • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
    • Attempting unauthorized access.
    • Misusing the App in any way.

  7. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of WHI.

  8. Termination You may terminate your account at any time.

  9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

  10. Amendments We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

  11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by laws of Tanzania.
