Watumishi Housing embarked on a new project; Kisasa Hiltop Dodoma to build 500 units in different phases. The decision comes after successfully completion and selling of its Kisasa Relini Njedengwa Project which was comprised of 39 stand-alone units and 1 commercial complex. The Kisasa Hiltop Dodoma project first phase consist of 92 landed house units whose construction work began in 2020 and have been completed.. The houses are 85% sold. There is additional of new 38 housing units hence making 130 units currently under construction at Dodoma Kisasa Hiltop. The new units are expected to be completed by September, 2022.
